By using SmartChecker you agree to these terms: use the site lawfully, write only about your own experience, and accept that what we publish is information, not advice.
Using the site
You may read SmartChecker freely. Do not use it to break the law, to harass anyone, to scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, or to copy our pages wholesale for republication. Short quotes with a link back are welcome.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done through your account. One person, one account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or the review guidelines.
What you post
Everything you post must follow the review guidelines. You keep ownership of what you write, and you give SmartChecker a licence to publish, display and translate it on the site and in extracts elsewhere. Do not post anything you do not have the right to publish.
Our content
The register facts we publish come from the regulators named on each page and remain theirs. Our own writing, design and data compilation belong to SmartChecker. Company names and marks belong to their owners and are used to identify the company.
No advice, no guarantee
SmartChecker publishes information and opinion, not investment, financial, tax or legal advice. Registers change without notice, and a record here reflects what we read on the date shown. Check the regulator's own page before acting.
Liability
We provide the site as it is. To the extent the law allows, SmartChecker is not liable for loss arising from your use of the site, from a decision you make after reading it, or from a third-party site we link to. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.
Governing law
